universe speed

Hi all,
I would like to suggest a speed increase from x15 to x30 (or x45).

With this change the time to reach oldest players would be smaller (I mean the time gap of 1 year would become 6 months or 4 months).

I'm suggesting this because I can play just against 4 players (due to the 1/3 noob rule) and increasing the speed other players could reach 1/3 of my points in an acceptable amount of time.
